Quality is the basic requirement for the satisfaction of our customers and the resulting competitiveness and economic success of Australian Student Accommodation.

Our most important criterion of quality is the satisfaction of our customers (the students, families, education providers & agents). We must aim at maintaining their full confidence inAustralian Student Accommodation as a provider of quality Homestay accommodation services and also study tours in association with Study Tours Gold Coast.

We must remain at the cutting edge of our customers’ expectations, in terms of both Homestay services provided and customer service quality.
